WEBSITE AUDIT

I audited the existing site to update the sitemap, decided what content to keep vs remove, and confirm responsive needs based on device usage.

SITE-MAP UPDATE

After reviewing data, I saw that users who were looking for products also went to offers pages before leaving the website. In order to make the content more organized and support the navigation I merged these two sections and added filters.

VISUAL DIRECTION

Creating mood-board beforehand helped:

  • Set clear visual direction (type, color, imagery, tone)
  • Faster alignment with stakeholders early, so I could validate the look-and-feel before starting UI work
  • Fewer revisions later, because expectations were agreed upfront

WHAT’S SHIPPED

  • Redesigned key pages (Home, listing, detail, About, Contact).
